These terms apply when you buy or use a course, training program or service from KATS Guru (Khatter All Technical Solutions) (“KATS Guru”, “we”, “us”) through https://www.katsguru.com. By paying for a program or signing in to your account you agree to them.
1. Programs and access
Each program page lists its curriculum, duration, format and price. Access is personal to the email address used at purchase (or, for multi-seat purchases, to the seat emails you provide). You may not share your login, resell the content, or record and redistribute live sessions.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your enrolment is confirmed once the payment is successful and you receive confirmation from us.
3. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
Our programs prepare you for certifications and roles through hands-on practice. We do not guarantee that you will pass an exam, receive a job offer or reach a particular salary. Results depend on your effort and circumstances.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' accounts or content, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend access to an account that breaks these terms.
6. Intellectual property
Course videos, notes, labs and other materials belong to KATS Guru (Khatter All Technical Solutions) or its instructors. Buying a program gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning.
7. Changes to programs and schedules
We may update course content, instructors or batch dates to keep the material current. If we cancel a batch you have paid for, we will offer you a place in the next batch or a full refund.
8. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
