1. Information we collect

We only collect what you give us directly through a form on this site:

• Contact and enquiry forms (home page, courses, services, contact): name, email address, phone number (optional), and any message you write.
• Careers and instructor applications: name, email, phone, role or area of expertise, experience, a LinkedIn/portfolio link if you provide one, your message, and your resume/CV file if you choose to upload one.
• Basic usage analytics: aggregate, cookieless page-visit data via Vercel Analytics (which pages are viewed, approximate traffic sources). This does not identify you individually and is not linked to the personal information you submit in forms.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell any data.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, course request, quote request, or application.
• To send you information you've asked for (e.g. a course syllabus download).
• To evaluate job or instructor applications, including reviewing an attached resume.
• To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making.

3. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site, and your data passes through them only to the extent needed to operate it:

• Supabase — stores form submissions in our database.
• Resend — delivers the email notification we receive when you submit a form, including your resume as an attachment for job/instructor applications.
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides the cookieless analytics described above.

We do not share your information with any other third party, and we never sell it.

4. How long we keep it

We retain enquiries and applications for as long as reasonably useful for follow-up and record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see “Your rights” below.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing katspvtlmt@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

6. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
