Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund window

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you have not viewed more than 20% of the course content or attended more than one live session.

2. When a refund is not available

• The request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.
• You have viewed more than 20% of the content or attended more than one live session.
• Your access was ended because of a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

3. If we cancel or change a batch

If we cancel a batch you have paid for, you can move to the next batch or receive a full refund, whichever you prefer.

4. How to request a refund

Email katspvtlmt@gmail.com from the email address used at purchase, with your name and the program you bought. You can also call or WhatsApp us on +91 99967 34575.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within about 10 working days. Your bank may take additional time to show it.
